Hamilelik d\u00f6neminde yeterli vitamin al\u0131n\u0131p al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusu daha da \u00f6nemli hale gelir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc art\u0131k sizinle birlikte i\u00e7inizde b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bebe\u011fin de geli\u015fimini sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmesi i\u00e7in vitaminlere ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Uzman Diyetisyen G\u00fcne\u015f Aks\u00fcs, hamilelik d\u00f6neminde al\u0131nan protein, karbonhidrat, ya\u011f, vitamin ve minerallerin sadece bebe\u011fin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi i\u00e7in de\u011fil, anne aday\u0131n\u0131n da sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve rahat bir gebelik ge\u00e7irebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Ayr\u0131ca do\u011fum sonras\u0131nda da annenin kendini ger\u00e7ekten iyi ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hissedebilmesi i\u00e7in, gebelik boyunca yeterli ve dengeli beslenmenin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2>Gebelikte ne zaman vitamin takviyesi kullanmaya ba\u015flamal\u0131?<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00fcmk\u00fcnse gebe kalma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flamadan 3 ay \u00f6nce vitamin (folik asit) al\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flay\u0131n. Yumurta, b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 ay \u00f6nce olgunla\u015fmaya ba\u015flar; ilk evrelerde gerekli besleyici maddelerin bulunmas\u0131 kritiktir.<\/p>\n<p>Sinir yolu kusurlar\u0131, hamileli\u011fin ilk 4-6 haftas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fur. Hamile oldu\u011funuzu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor ve takviye alm\u0131yorsan\u0131z e\u011fer, re\u00e7ete i\u00e7in ilk doktor randevunuzu beklemeyin; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc can al\u0131c\u0131 geli\u015fimsel evreyi ka\u00e7\u0131rabilirsiniz. Hemen re\u00e7etesiz sat\u0131lan 600 mikrograml\u0131k folik asit takviyesi almaya ba\u015flay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<h2>Hamilelikte hangi vitaminler ve mineraller \u00f6nemli?<\/h2>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan \u00f6nemli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re, en \u00f6nemli besleyici maddeler, folik asit, demir ve kalsiyum. Folik asit, sinir yolu kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 engeller; demir, oksijenin bebe\u011fe ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda ve annede aneminin \u00f6nlenmesinde \u00f6nemlidir; kalsiyum ise bebe\u011fin kemik geli\u015fimine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur ve annede kemik kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler.<\/p>\n<p>Diyetisyen G\u00fcne\u015f Aks\u00fcs, hamilelikte \u00f6zellikle \u00f6nemli olan vitamin ve mineralleri \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ral\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Vitamini:<\/strong>\u00a0V\u00fccuttaki h\u00fccre ve dokular\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini sa\u011flar. V\u00fccudu enfeksiyonlara kar\u015f\u0131 korur. \u00d6zelikle g\u00f6z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bal\u0131k ve yumurtada, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131, sar\u0131 ve ye\u015fil sebzelerde y\u00fcksek miktarda A vitamini bulunur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D Vitamini<\/strong>:\u00a0Kemik ve di\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Son y\u0131llarda do\u011fum sonras\u0131 depresyonun D vitamini eksikli\u011finde daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, do\u011fum sonras\u0131nda olu\u015fabilen yorgunluk, halsizlik gibi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesinde anneye D vitamini takviyesinin (e\u011fer eksiklik varsa) yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Ben de beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m kad\u0131n do\u011fum uzmanlar\u0131yla bu konuya \u00f6nem veriyorum. Takip etti\u011fimiz gebeliklerde D vitaminine mutlaka bak\u0131yoruz. En \u00e7ok bal\u0131k, yumurta ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde bulunan D vitamini, g\u00fcne\u015f tenimize temas etti\u011finde emilebiliyor. Her g\u00fcn 10-15 dakika g\u00fcne\u015flenmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B Vitaminleri:<\/strong> Her g\u00fcn tah\u0131l grubu alanlarda yeteri kadar B vitamini al\u0131n\u0131yor olsa da \u00f6zellikle folik asit takviyesi gebelik \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemden ba\u015flar. Folik asit gebelikteki en \u00f6nemli vitaminlerdendir. Bebekte n\u00f6ral t\u00fcp defekti olu\u015fmas\u0131na engel oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in gebelik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeye ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda veya hamileli\u011fin ilk aylar\u0131ndan itibaren kullan\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C Vitamini:<\/strong> Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi i\u00e7in, di\u011fer vitaminlerin ve demirin emilimini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir. Biber, maydanoz, domates, portakal, mandalina ve limon gibi besinlerde y\u00fcksek miktarda bulunur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Demir:<\/strong> Gebelikte kan hacmi y\u00fczde 50 artar. Bu sebeple demir ihtiyac\u0131 artar. Geli\u015fen bebe\u011fin v\u00fccudunda oksijen ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 i\u00e7in hemoglobin gereklidir. Az ya\u011fl\u0131 k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et, yumurta, kurubaklagil, tah\u0131llardan (demirle zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f) demir alabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kalsiyum:<\/strong> Hem anne hem de bebek i\u00e7in, kemik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fmede kalsiyumu yeteri kadar almak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Yani yeteri kadar s\u00fct, yo\u011furt, ayran ve peynir t\u00fcketmek ve hatta kurubaklagiller ile ye\u015filliklerden de kalsiyum deste\u011fi almak \u00e7ok faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Magnezyum<\/strong>: D\u00fczenli al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmez fakat son aylarda kramplar\u0131n\u0131z artt\u0131ysa magnezyum takviyesi yapman\u0131z gerekebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omega -3:<\/strong> Son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00f6zellikle gebeli\u011fin son 3 ay\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan saf Omega-3\u2019\u00fcn bebe\u011fin IQ seviyesini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Sak\u0131n atlamay\u0131n.
