Bu belirtilerin en belirgin olanlar\u0131ndan baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015fi\u015fkinlik, a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131 kramplar, bulant\u0131, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve s\u0131rt a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 geliyor. Birka\u00e7 tavsiye ile s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 d\u00f6neminizi rahat ge\u00e7ilmesini sa\u011flayabilirsiniz. Ye\u015fil \u00e7ay \u00f6dem olu\u015fumunu azalt\u0131rken metabolizman\u0131z\u0131n daha s\u00fcratli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 meyve \u00e7aylar\u0131 ise b\u00fcnyesindeki antioksidan sayesinde rahatlat\u0131c\u0131 etki g\u00f6sterirken kramp rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ananas<\/strong>: ananas i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnden tatl\u0131 ve sulu bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir. Faydalar\u0131 ise; kramplar\u0131n azalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarken, \u00f6demin giderilmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynuyor. \u00d6zellikle de adet d\u00f6nemi \u015fi\u015fkinliklerinin giderilmesi i\u00e7in her g\u00fcn t\u00fcketilmesinin \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Muz<\/strong>: mucizevi besinlerden olan muz egzersiz yap\u0131lmadan t\u00fcketilirse kramp olu\u015fumunu \u00f6nler. Bilhassa regl sanc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve bunun sebep olaca\u011f\u0131 kramplar\u0131n\u0131n azaltmaktad\u0131r. Regl d\u00f6nemlerinde t\u00fcketilen 1 muz kramp \u015fik\u00e2yetlerimizi \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bitter \u00e7ikolata:<\/strong> regl zaman\u0131nda tatl\u0131 krizlerine do\u011fru tercihlerle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulabilirsiniz. Regl zamanlar\u0131nda egzersiz yap\u0131lmas\u0131 sizi olduk\u00e7a rahatlatacakt\u0131r. G\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde orta tempoda y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler yaparak kaslar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n rahatlamas\u0131na destek olacakt\u0131r.
