Meyvelerin d\u0131\u015f kabuklar\u0131 ye\u015fildir, ceviz olgunla\u015f\u0131nca d\u0131\u015f kabuk kurur a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r, i\u00e7indeki cevizler d\u00fc\u015fer veya sopayla yere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Etli ye\u015fil kabuklar\u0131n i\u00e7inde iki b\u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc sert bir kabuk, kabu\u011fun i\u00e7inde ise ceviz i\u00e7i denilen, d\u00f6rt par\u00e7adan olu\u015fan etli ve lezzetli beyaz bir meyve vard\u0131r. Taze iken beyaz olan ceviz i\u00e7i, kuruyunca kahverengine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Cevizde bol miktardaki doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asidi bulundu\u011fundan, havayla te-mas edince k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ac\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. Cevizin kalori de\u011feri y\u00fcksektir, 1 kg. cevizde en az 3. 000 kalori vard\u0131r. Bil-hassa C vitamini boldur. Amerika\u2019da yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, cevizin kalp krizi riskini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 orta-ya koymu\u015ftur. G\u00fc\u00e7, kuvvet ve diren\u00e7 kazanmak i\u00e7in, bir miktar kurutulmu\u015f ceviz yapra\u011f\u0131 ile ayn\u0131 miktarlarda ceviz i\u00e7i badem, \u00a0\u00e7am f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Antep f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u015fit miktarlarda \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr ve balla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak macun yap\u0131l\u0131r. 3 defa 1 ka\u015f\u0131k yenir.<\/p>\n<p>* Sa\u00e7k\u0131rana kar\u015f\u0131, ye\u015fil ceviz kabu\u011fu sirkeyle kaynat\u0131l\u0131r, sa\u00e7 k\u0131ranl\u0131 yerler ovulur. \u00c7il ve benlere kar\u015f\u0131, ye\u015fil ceviz kabuk suyu ile \u00e7il ve benler ovulur. Sonra ceviz ya\u011f\u0131 ile silinip temizlenir.<\/p>\n<p>* Ceviz, kabuklar\u0131yla birlikte yak\u0131l\u0131p, k\u0131na gibi sa\u00e7lara s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrse, sa\u00e7lar\u0131 siyah\u2019lat\u0131r. Kurt d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olarak (k\u0131l kurdu ve solucan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in), a\u00e7 karna balla birlikte ceviz i\u00e7i yenir.<\/p>\n<p>* Kolesterol ve lipit d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olarak, bir barda\u011fa bir avu\u00e7 ceviz konur, \u00fczeri suyla doldurulur, gece ayazda bekletilir, sabah a\u00e7 karna suyu i\u00e7ilir, cevizler de yenir.<\/p>\n<p>* A\u011fr\u0131 ve sanc\u0131 i\u00e7in, ceviz ya\u011f\u0131 ayn\u0131 miktarlarda hardal, badem ve \u00e7\u00f6rek otu ya\u011flar\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r, a\u011fr\u0131yan yerler bu ya\u011f kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla ovulur. Ceviz ya\u011f\u0131, ceviz meyvesinin etli k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nce so\u011fukta, sonra da s\u0131cakta s\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 ile elde edilen tabi-i bir ya\u011fd\u0131r. M\u00fcshil ve safra art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>* El ve ayak titremesine kar\u015f\u0131, e\u015fit miktarda ceviz ve \u00e7\u00f6rek otu balla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r, g\u00fcnde 2 \u2013 3 ka\u015f\u0131k yenir.<\/p>\n<p>* Nezle, grip ve so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131, 50 gr. ceviz, 50 gr. f\u0131nd\u0131k, 20 gr. karanfil toz haline getirilir. Karaba\u015f otu \u015furubu ile ezilir, macun yap\u0131l\u0131r. G\u00fcnde 2 \u2013 3 ka\u015f\u0131k yenir.<\/p>\n<p>* Ses a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in, ceviz, \u00e7am f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131, Antep f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 ezilir, pi\u015firilen havu\u00e7la kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r, balla birlikte yenir. So\u011fuktan korunmak i\u00e7in, ceviz sar\u0131msakla birlikte yenir.<\/p>\n<p>* Yorgunlu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131, 50 gr. cevizle 25 gr. sar\u0131msak ezilir, balla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak macun haline getirilir ve yenir.<\/p>\n<p>* Basura (hemoroit) kar\u015f\u0131, ceviz k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fcn kabuklar\u0131 zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ile kaynat\u0131larak merhem haline getirilir ve basura s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>* Di\u015f parlat\u0131c\u0131 olarak, kuru kabuklar\u0131 yak\u0131l\u0131r, balla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak di\u015fler ovulur.
