Ba\u011f\u0131rsak hareketlerinin zorla\u015fmas\u0131 neticesinde \u015fi\u015fkinlik problemleri ve tuvalete \u00e7\u0131kamama sorunlar ba\u015f g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rabilmek i\u00e7in do\u011fru besinler t\u00fcketmeye \u00f6nem verilmeli ve bol bol egzersiz yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0<strong><em><u>Ba\u011f\u0131rsak hareketleri<\/u><\/em><\/strong>nin s\u0131k olmas\u0131 ki\u015fiden ki\u015fiye farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6sterebilmektedir.
