Kas\u0131rga, deprem, sel b\u0131rer do\u011fal afettir&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"KASIRGA\"><\/span>KASIRGA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Do\u011fal afetlerin en b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olan kas\u0131rga \u015fu \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlanabilir: B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 ve \u00e7ok \u015fiddetli Beufort \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fine g\u00f6re saatte 75 milden fazla h\u0131zla ve d\u00f6nerek esen tropik r\u00fczg\u00e2r. Do\u011fu Pasifik ve G\u00fcney Atlantik h\u00e2ri\u00e7 subtropikal ve tropikal iklim ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131ndaki b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u0131cak denizlerde s\u0131ks\u0131k meydana gelir. A\u011fustos, eyl\u00fcl aylar\u0131nda Antillerde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bat\u0131 Pasifik Okyanusu\u2019nda Tayfun ad\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 ve mevsim sonu kas\u0131rgalar\u0131, Karaiplerin bat\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Orta Amerika k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n biraz a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda Pasifik Okyanusunda ve Meksika K\u00f6rfezinde de s\u0131k s\u0131k rastlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kas\u0131rgalar, mahall\u00ee f\u0131rt\u0131nalar kadar \u015fiddetli say\u0131lmazlar. Orta ku\u015fakta meydana gelen ekstratropik siklonlar kadar da geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 de\u011fildirler. Fakat bunlar nisbeten geni\u015f \u00e7apta ve kesafette olursa, b\u00fct\u00fcn f\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131n en tehlikelisi ve tahrip edicisi h\u00e2lini al\u0131rlar. Atlantikte ortalama y\u0131lda yedi kas\u0131rga vuku buldu\u011fundan do\u011fu Pasifikte de yakla\u015f\u0131k ayn\u0131 say\u0131da kas\u0131rga vuku bulur. 1890-1910 aras\u0131 \u00e7ok, 1910-1930 aras\u0131 az, 1930-1950 aras\u0131 \u00e7ok s\u0131k kas\u0131rga vuku bulmu\u015ftur. Kas\u0131rgalar\u0131n ekseni kuzeybat\u0131 istikametinde eser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meydana geli\u015f ve hareket<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Atlantikteki kas\u0131rgalar ekseriyetle hazirandan ekime kadar olur. Bu m\u00fcddet zarf\u0131nda deniz y\u00fczeyinde s\u0131cak ve rutubet en fazla haldedir. May\u0131s ve kas\u0131m aylar\u0131nda daha az, di\u011fer aylarda ise pek seyrek meydana gelir. Kuzey Atlantik b\u00f6lgesinde y\u0131lda meydana gelen ortalama tropik siklon miktar\u0131 sekizdir. Bunun be\u015fi ise kas\u0131rga tipindedir. Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda Atlantik Okyanusunun g\u00fcneyindeki b\u00fcy\u00fck subtropikal anti-siklon b\u00f6lgesinde tropik f\u0131rt\u0131nalar eser. Antisiklon b\u00f6lgesinin g\u00fcneyinde esen do\u011fu r\u00fczg\u00e2rlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tahrik edilerek birka\u00e7 g\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bat\u0131 istikametine kayar. F\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu antisiklon b\u00f6lgesinin bat\u0131 ucundan k\u0131vr\u0131larak b\u00e2z\u0131lar\u0131 Amerika\u2019y\u0131 kas\u0131p kavurur. Di\u011ferleri ise k\u0131y\u0131dan ge\u00e7er. Di\u011fer f\u0131rt\u0131nalar k\u0131vr\u0131lmadan bat\u0131 istikametinde do\u011fruca eserek Meksika K\u00f6rfezini veya Orta Amerika\u2019y\u0131 tesiri alt\u0131na al\u0131r. Mevsimin ba\u015f\u0131nda ve sonunda patlak veren kas\u0131rgalar meydana geldikten sonra kuzey istikametinde eserler. F\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131 ortalama 80-240 km\u2019yi bulur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00fczg\u00e2r ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tropik bir siklonun kas\u0131rga olarak adland\u0131r\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n en az\u0131ndan 117 km\/saat olmas\u0131 gerekir. Ekseriya saate 240 km\u2019den fazla h\u0131za s\u00e2hiptirler. Sebeb olduklar\u0131 direkt zarardan ba\u015fka r\u00fczgarlar felaketlere yol a\u00e7an b\u00fcy\u00fck deniz dalgalar\u0131na ve denizin kabarmas\u0131na sebep olurlar. Carolis hareketleri ad\u0131 verilen hareketler sebebiyle kuzey yar\u0131m k\u00fcrede esen r\u00fczg\u00e2rlar saat yelkovan\u0131n\u0131n tersi istikametinde, g\u00fcney yar\u0131m k\u00fcrede ise saat yelkovan\u0131 istikametindedir. Kas\u0131rgalarla birlikte ya\u011f\u0131\u015f da gelir. Tropik bir r\u00fczg\u00e2r ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ortalama ya\u011f\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131 75-150 mm\u2019dir. Daha \u00e7ok ya\u011f\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de olur. B\u00f6yle ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar karalar\u0131n i\u00e7 k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131nda cidd\u00ee sellere sebebiyet verir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck ve yap\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ok y\u00fcksek h\u0131za s\u00e2hib olan bulutlar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u011fmur, nisbeten daha s\u00e2kin bir b\u00f6lge olan kas\u0131rgan\u0131n d\u00f6nen k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fer. Kas\u0131rga boydan boya 50-800 km geni\u015fli\u011findedir. B\u00fcy\u00fck kas\u0131rgalarda havan\u0131n sirk\u00fclasyonu 12.000 m\u2019den daha \u00fcst b\u00f6lgelere kadar tesir eder. Hatt\u00e2 b\u00e2z\u0131 kas\u0131rgalarda bu tesir stosferde dahi g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Sa\u011fnak ya\u011fmur getiren k\u00fcm\u00fcl\u00fcs ve k\u00fcm\u00fclonimb\u00fcs bulutlar\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2r ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda spiral bir \u015fekil almaya meyillidirler. \u015eekiller radar ekran\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmekte ve b\u00f6ylece muhtemel bir kas\u0131rgan\u0131n geli\u015fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kara istasyonlar\u0131, u\u00e7aklar ve denizdeki gemiler, radarlar v\u00e2s\u0131tas\u0131yla kas\u0131rgalar\u0131 t\u00e2kip edebilmektedirler. Kas\u0131rgan\u0131n d\u00f6nen k\u0131sm\u0131n arkas\u0131na (g\u00f6z\u00fcne) yakla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131k\u00e7a r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131 kesilir ama tam\u00e2men durmaz. Ya\u011f\u0131\u015f durur. Ortadaki bulutlar kaybolur, al\u00e7ak bulutlar ekseriyetle kal\u0131r. Aralar\u0131ndan g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131 ge\u00e7er. Ku\u015flar kas\u0131rga g\u00f6z\u00fcne kap\u0131l\u0131r ve s\u00fcr\u00fcklenir. Kas\u0131rga g\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7tikten bir saat sonra aksi istikamette daha kuvvetli bir r\u00fczg\u00e2r eser.<\/p>\n<p>Kas\u0131rgan\u0131n orta k\u0131sm\u0131 (ota\u011f\u0131nda) \u0131s\u0131 normalden 10\u00b0-15\u00b0C daha y\u00fcksektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc buradaki hava daha az faaldir. Yanlardaki y\u00fcksek hava bas\u0131nc\u0131ndan merkezdeki al\u00e7ak hava bas\u0131nc\u0131na do\u011fru kuvvetli bir hava ak\u0131m\u0131 meydana gelir. Fakat bu i\u00e7 hava ak\u0131m\u0131 ad\u0131 verilen hadisenin kuvveti k\u0131smende olsa s\u00fcrt\u00fcnme ile hafifler. Kas\u0131rgan\u0131n g\u00f6z ve odak merkezi k\u0131sm\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015f k\u0131s\u0131mlara bilhassa yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru santraf\u00fcj kuvvetler v\u00e2s\u0131tas\u0131yla bir hava ak\u0131m\u0131 meydana gelir. Bu b\u00f6lgede r\u00fczg\u00e2r h\u0131z\u0131 azal\u0131r. Deniz seviyesindeki \u015fiddetli siklonik ak\u0131ma tezat te\u015fkil ederek antisiklonik bir ak\u0131m meydana gelir. Kas\u0131rgalar basit bir buharla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan motora benzetilebilir. Kas\u0131rgay\u0131 hareket ettiren dinamo i\u00e7 hava ak\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Hareketini \u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Mal ve can kayb\u0131na sebep olan kas\u0131rgalar \u00fczerinde senelerdir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda aniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 sonucu \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00e7ok zordur. Deprem, yerkabu\u011fu i\u00e7indeki k\u0131r\u0131lmalar nedeniyle ani olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan titre\u015fimlerin dalgalar halinde yay\u0131larak ge\u00e7tikleri ortamlar\u0131 ve yery\u00fczeyini sarsma olay\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Magma \u00fczerinde y\u00fczen levhalar konveksiyonel ak\u0131m sayesinde s\u00fcrekli hareket halindedir. K\u0131talar\u0131n hareketi ile plato s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda kaynama ve ayr\u0131lmadaki s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmeden olu\u015fan kinetik enerjinin aniden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fc\u00e7le bo\u015falabilir. Yer katmanlar\u0131nda olu\u015fan \u015fok dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n sebep oldu\u011fu do\u011fa olay\u0131na deprem denir.<\/p>\n<p>Depremin nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011funu, deprem dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n yeryuvar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ne \u015fekilde yay\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc aletleri ve y\u00f6ntemlerini, kay\u0131tlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesini ve deprem ile ilgili di\u011fer konular\u0131 inceleyen bilim dal\u0131na &#8220;<strong>Sismoloji<\/strong>&#8221; denir.<\/p>\n<p>Sismik \u015fok dalgalar\u0131, yer kabu\u011funda dikey veya yatay olarak hareket edebilirler. Deprem b\u00f6lgesinin jeolojik yap\u0131s\u0131 sonucu killi veya kumlu arazilerde yer alt\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131 aniden yery\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Bu katmanlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131nda radyoaktif elementler ayr\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve burada \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek derecede bir \u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar. \u00d6yle ki, bu \u0131s\u0131 bazen binlerce derece seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kabilmektedir. Derin katmanlarda y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in, kaya\u00e7lar erime i\u015flemine u\u011frayamazlar ve bu nedenle s\u0131v\u0131 hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015femezler. Bu kaya\u00e7lar olduk\u00e7a k\u0131zg\u0131n haldedir ve yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn zay\u0131f noktalar\u0131ndan yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flarlar.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n daha \u00fcst katmanlar\u0131nda bas\u0131n\u00e7 oran\u0131 azal\u0131r ve kaya\u00e7lar bu nedenle yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru \u00e7\u0131karken erimeye ba\u015flar. Bu yanarda\u011flar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu s\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015fken, yakla\u015f\u0131k 700-800 kadar yanarda\u011f aktif olarak lav p\u00fcsk\u00fcrmeye devam eder. Fakat bu lav p\u00fcsk\u00fcrme i\u015flemi, s\u0131k s\u0131k ya\u015fanan bir eylem de\u011fildir. \u00c7ok nadir olarak ya\u015fan\u0131r. Ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise, hayat\u0131 fel\u00e7 edebilir. S\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f yanarda\u011flar ise, hi\u00e7 beklenmedik \u015fekilde tekrar aktif hale gelebilme \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptirler. Burada magman\u0131n rol\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada yer alan etkin yani aktif yanarda\u011flar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu, dar ku\u015faklarda toplanm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Buralar volkanik alanlard\u0131r. Bu ku\u015faklar i\u00e7erisinde, Pasifik \u00c7evresi Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131, en bilinenlerden ve ayn\u0131 zamanda en tehlikelilerinden biridir.\u00a0 \u0130kinci b\u00fcy\u00fck yanarda\u011f b\u00f6lgesi ise, Atlas Okyanusu B\u00f6lgesidir. Bu b\u00f6lge, okyanus ortalar\u0131ndaki ve anakarada yer alan fay b\u00f6lgelerini i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu okyanus b\u00f6lgelerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, bir de volkanik b\u00f6lge olarak Akdeniz B\u00f6lgesi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu b\u00f6lgedeki yanarda\u011flar, Akdeniz \u00e7evresinde bulunan k\u0131vr\u0131ml\u0131 da\u011flar\u0131n i\u00e7 b\u00f6lgelerinde bulunur ve jeolojik yap\u0131dan incelendi\u011finde, Akdeniz B\u00f6lgesinin \u00f6zelliklerini ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Anakarada bulunan yanarda\u011flar\u0131n, olduk\u00e7a g\u00f6rkemli g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ama bu g\u00f6rkemli yanarda\u011flar, deniz ve okyanus b\u00f6lgelerinde yer alan yanarda\u011flarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131nda, g\u00f6rkemlerini kaybetmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131rlar. Okyanus ve denizlerde yer alan yanarda\u011flar\u0131n, sadece tepeleri su y\u00fczeyindedir. Bu volkan\u0131n doruk noktas\u0131 deniz y\u00fczeyinden 3.718 metre y\u00fcksekte, dibiyse su y\u00fczeyinden 3000 metre a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer al\u0131r. Bu volkan\u0131n toplam y\u00fcksekli\u011fi, Ankaradaki yanarda\u011flardan olduk\u00e7a fazlad\u0131r. Ki Hawai Adalar\u0131nda yer alan Volkanik da\u011flar\u0131n, t\u00fcm y\u00fckseklikleri 9 kilometreyi a\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u00fckseklik ise, yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck da\u011f\u0131 olan Himalayalar\u2019dan daha fazlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yanarda\u011flar aktif hale ge\u00e7tikleri zaman, yery\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7ok k\u0131zg\u0131n lavlar iner ve havaya da k\u00fcl ve toz bulutlar\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r. Meteotsunamiler de deniz seviyesini gelgit normalin birka\u00e7 metre \u00fcst\u00fcnde \u00e7\u0131kartabilir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fim, al\u00e7ak bas\u0131n\u00e7 alan\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck atmosfer bas\u0131nc\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r. Bu storm surgeler k\u0131y\u0131ya eri\u015fince etraf\u0131 suya bo\u011farak tsunamiye benzetilebilirler.<\/p>\n<p>Tsunami, tektonik olaylar sonucu deniz veya okyanusta meydana gelen devasa b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki dalgalara verilen bir add\u0131r. Japonca&#8217;da liman dalgas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. Can ve mal kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok oldu\u011fu \u00f6nemli do\u011fa olaylar\u0131ndan biridir. Tsunami kelimesi, 15 Haziran 1896 y\u0131l\u0131nda Japonya&#8217;da ya\u015fanan b\u00fcy\u00fck meiji tsunamisinden sonra d\u00fcnya dillerine kendili\u011finden yerle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Deniz veya okyanusun dibinde meydana gelen deprem, zeminin \u00e7\u00f6kmesine ve kaymas\u0131na neden olur. Bunun sonucunda tsunami ad\u0131 verilen devasa dalgalar olu\u015fur. Depremden k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra k\u0131y\u0131da g\u00f6r\u00fclen yava\u015f ama anormal su y\u00fckseli\u015fi \u00e7ok kuvvetli dalgalar\u0131n yani tsunaminin gelece\u011finin habercisidir. Tsunaminin ilk ve son dalgas\u0131 etkisizdir ancak di\u011fer dalgalar \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 ve kuvvetlidir. Ard arda gelen 4-5 b\u00fcy\u00fck dalga \u00e7evreye yay\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tsunaminin en \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc okyanus pasifiktir. En yeni \u00f6rne\u011fi 10 mart 2011 tarihinde t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde Japonya&#8217;da ya\u015fand\u0131.
