Ama yine de en vazge\u00e7ilmez besinlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda bu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc gelmektedir. Fazla tuz t\u00fcketim neticesinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan y\u00fcksek tansiyon ise kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na da yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tuz i\u00e7eri\u011finde bulunan sodyum maddesinin su tutma \u00f6zelli\u011fi oldu\u011fundan, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketimi neticesinde v\u00fccutta bulunan suyu tutarak v\u00fccudun susuz kalmas\u0131na neden olur. Asl\u0131nda yedi\u011fimiz bir\u00e7ok sebzede kendi i\u00e7eri\u011finde bulunan tuz mineralleri bulunmaktad\u0131r.
