B\u00f6yle bir durum belirdi\u011finde ihmal edilmemelidir. Yine ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131yla birlikte bulant\u0131, kusma, g\u00f6rme bozuklu\u011fu ve zihin bulan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibibelirtiler g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyorsa en k\u0131za zamanda bir sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015funa ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bununla birlikte daha az olarak birincil gruba dahil, ba\u015fka bir hastal\u0131ktan kaynaklanmayan ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 olarak da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Ba\u015fka hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n sebep olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ancak her g\u00fcn tekrarlayan ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131nda ki\u015fi \u00e7ok s\u0131k a\u011fr\u0131 kesici kullan\u0131yorsa a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n tekrarlamas\u0131 kronikle\u015fir. Yani v\u00fccut a\u011fr\u0131 kesiciye al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve a\u011fr\u0131 kesici al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131yla tepki verir. Haftada 3 defadan ve ayda 9 defadan fazla a\u011fr\u0131 kesici kullananlar g\u00fcnl\u00fck kronik\u00a0<em><strong>ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0riski alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hamilelikte_Bas_Agrisi\"><\/span>Hamilelikte Ba\u015f A\u011fr\u0131s\u0131<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Hamilelikte \u00e7ok rastlanan ve hamileyi mutsuzlu\u011fa itinen sebeplerdendir ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131. Hamilelikte ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 daha \u00e7ok ilk 3 ayl\u0131k ve son 3 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Hamileli\u011fin ilk aylar\u0131nda olu\u015fan kan de\u011fi\u015fimindeki art\u0131\u015f, hormonal de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, \u015fiddetli bulant\u0131, kusmalar, uykusuzluk, stres, kan \u015fekerinin d\u00fc\u015fmesi ve susuz kalma \u015fiddetli ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na sebep olabilir. Yine hamilelikte kullan\u0131lan baz\u0131 hormonal ila\u00e7lar ve erken do\u011fum riskini \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik ila\u00e7lar s\u0131kl\u0131kla ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yapar. Hamilelik \u00f6ncesinde \u00e7ok sigara ve kafein t\u00fcketen anne adaylar\u0131 hamilelikle birlikte bunlardan uzakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yoksunluktan kaynaklanan ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Hamileli\u011fin son 3 ay\u0131nda da duru\u015f pozisyonundan kaynakl\u0131 adele spazmlar\u0131 sonucunda \u015fiddetli ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 olu\u015fabilir.\u00a0<em><strong>Hamilelikte ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0ile ilgili anne aday\u0131n\u0131n mutlaka hamileli\u011fi takip eden doktoru haberdar etmesi gerekir. Hamilelik d\u00f6neminde doktor tavsiyesi ve bilgisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 bebe\u011fin zarar g\u00f6rmemesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.
